these terms of service ("terms") govern your access to and use of wyvern's platform and services. by using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and our privacy policy.

1. acceptance of terms

• by accessing or using wyvern, you agree to be bound by these terms of service
• if you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service
• we reserve the right to update these terms at any time
• continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms

2. license and access

• wyvern grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform
• your license is valid only while your subscription is active and in good standing
• one license per user - sharing licenses is strictly prohibited
• we reserve the right to revoke access for violations of these terms
• all software and content remain the property of wyvern

3. prohibited activities

• reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our software
• sharing, reselling, or distributing your license
• using the service for illegal activities or malicious purposes
• attempting to bypass security measures or authentication systems
• interfering with other users' access to the service
• automated scraping or data harvesting from our platform

4. user responsibilities

• you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license
• you are responsible for all activities under your license
• you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• you must not use wyvern in violation of third-party rights

5. disclaimers and limitations

• the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• we are not responsible for third-party content or services

6. payment and refunds

• refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the sellers discretion
• chargebacks may result in immediate account termination

7. key termination

we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your key immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms.

upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. all provisions of the terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

8. governing law

these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wyvern operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
